One of my favourite retailers to shop, really easy shopping experience and online returns process. I have had to contact customer service directly before which must be a good thing. I am disappointed they got rid of their free next day delivery option though (well before covid).

Not a massive online shopper, but thought I'd give The Iconic a crack as I was looking for some shirts. I bought three at a reasonable price and the material seems of decent enough quality, though I'm yet to wash them a few times to see how they last. Sizing was fairly accurate and online pictures true.

Can't wait to receive my purchases. And the baby Adidas is so cute and I can't wait to give to my daughter. My older daughter MIGHT get the watch and hoops and then again I might keep them for myself anyways considering that she already has a guess bag! Lol anyways not too sure what it was but customer service is fair and alright as soon as I have proper address and whatever I'd I could give. Thanks and looking forward to receiving my items.
